How do I find a product?
lighttoolsupply.com offers a vast selection of products from a large number of manufacturers, so we've incorporated a search engine to help you quickly find whatever you want.
Search
The easiest and fastest way to find something is to use the Search located at the top left side of each page. This function allows you to search throughout the entire site. You can search by the name of the product, product number, or even features of the products such as manufacturer and category name.
Browse
Selecting any of the categories listed in the pull down menu on the top left side of each page will lead to a listing of all the products in that category. Selecting any manufacturer listed in the pull down on the top right side of each page will lead you to a listing of all the products supplied by that manufacturer.
My Account
How do I create an Account?
To create an account, click "Your Account" and then click on "Create an Account". You can then fill out the appropriate information to create your new account.
How do I edit my Account?
To edit Your Account click "Your Account" and then log in with your email address and password. You can then update any information that you would like to change.
I forgot my password
Click on "Your account". Directly beneath the log in is a link that will take you to a page that will email your password to you. Simply enter your email address and click "Find Password".
Order Status
Has my order been shipped?
To determine if your order has shipped, click on "Your Account" in the header. Log in using your email address and password if you haven't already. Click on one of the "View Orders" buttons. Click on "View Order" of the order in question. If the order has been shipped, it will show you when and how it was shipped.
When will my order ship?
Click on "Your Account" in the header. Log in using your email address and password if you haven't already. Click on one of the "View Orders" buttons. Click on "View Order" of the order in question. If your order does not have a "Track Your Order" button, then you may click the "View Shipping Info" for more information. If the order is not listed, change the "View all orders from the past:" option to "All Orders".

My order never arrived

Pricing/Billing
When will my credit card be charged?
Since we don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, we will not bill you until your products, including backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped.
I have a question on my charges

Log in with your email address and Password, to get a copy of your receipt/invoice.
